Ava DiNapoli

The journey I have been on so far has been filled with surprises, but the largest being the change in my project. My impact project at first started as something completely unrelated to this, based on a different belief of mine. However during the beginning of that project I started to understand how passionate about public speaking I was and the joy and confidence that it brought me. By exploring that passion I also began to realize that I wanted to be able to help others find their voice and help solve the many flaws that do exist around public speaking. This brought me to Junior Speakers. The biggest lesson that it taught me was that it is okay to have pivots and realizations. The most important part is that you are doing what you are passionate about. 

My vision is to help countless kids around the world find their voice and become confident speakers. Whether they choose to use these skills in their everyday lives with friends, within the Speech & Debate community, or to go out and chase their dreams, I hope that it becomes a source of inspiration to everyone.

I really appreciate motivation and the willingness to take risks. It is important to understand that to accomplish your dreams you have to take action which is entirely up to you to do. Overall, I work well with all kinds of people and I am typically very outgoing and extroverted. 

I am really good at finding places to improve in projects as well as creative solutions to issues that might come up! Whether my role is to simply help keep you on track or brainstorm your next moves, I work well in a variety of ways and can’t wait to be of assistance!
